Payroll Administrator

Own the weekly and bi-weekly payroll process, ensuring every employee is paid accurately and on time
Review and validate timecards, hours, and pay adjustments with precision
Maintain organized, up-to-date payroll records and employee data
Respond to payroll questions with clarity, professionalism, and a customer-service mindset
Stay current with federal, state, and local payroll regulations to ensure full compliance
Prepare payroll reports that support accounting and leadership decision-making
Assist with year-end responsibilities including W-2s, audits, and reconciliations
Hands-on experience in payroll administration or a related accounting role
Strong working knowledge of payroll laws, compliance requirements, and best practices
Proficiency with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Clear communication skills and a knack for solving problems efficiently
